"Our well existed when we moved into this home, over 20 years ago. The last several years, water pressure became weaker, and we knew it was just a matter of time before we would encounter costly repairs. Fortunately I called Acme and spoke with the gentleman. The man that answered was Mr. Kim Snyder. Mr. Snyder agreed to come to my house, no charge, to assess any problems. Given the age of the system, he cautioned me that the age and condition of the pump and pressure tank were likely the big issue. However, it was thought by both of us that replacing the pressure switch might correct the problem. That did not fix the issue, so we decided to replace the pump and pressure tank. We still had water flowing, but it wasn't proper yet, and we didn't want it to breakdown unexpectedly. We also depend on the well for our geothermal system. Less than a week later, Marty arranged a date and replaced the pump and tank in a few hours. We have water like never before! The pump was from 1981! It had outlived the expected life span by several times. We are very satisfied with the work and especially the clear and friendly communication we have had with all people in the company. "I highly recommend ACME! My constant pressure controller failed late on a Friday and Marty stayed until 6pm to meet me at his shop to sell me a spare he had available. He took time to walk me through the details of the installation, including presetting DIP switches, watchouts, service, troubleshooting, etc. Not many installers would take the time to do that for someone installing themselves. He really knew his stuff and earned my trust to use and recommend him to anyone in the future!"
